In one-to-one sessions, we work intuitively with what is needed in the moment. Each session is grounded in mindfulness, embodied awareness, and interoceptive sensing. These form the foundation for a deeper process to unfold.
Together, we cultivate the capacity to reconnect with the innate intelligence of the body — allowing space to gently explore, process, and inquire into patterns that may be limiting a sense of connection, ease, and authentic expression.
This work supports a return to the body as a place of insight, integration, and wholeness.

Body-Centred Psychotherapy
Hakomi-based somatic psychotherapy
A trauma-informed, experiential psychotherapy that uses mindfulness and somatic awareness to uncover and transform unconscious patterns. Grounded in the Hakomi method, these sessions invite a gentle and curious exploration of your inner experience, allowing implicit memories, beliefs, and emotional patterns to emerge into awareness. Through direct contact with the body, this work supports healing, regulation, and emotional integration — restoring a sense of connection, coherence, and wholeness.

Focusing
A gentle path of inner listening and felt-sense awareness
Focusing is a body-based practice of deep listening that invites you into direct contact with your inner experience. Through a gentle and attentive awareness of the felt sense — the subtle, often unclear bodily knowing — this process allows what is held within to gradually come into form, meaning, and movement. Rather than analysing or trying to change experience, Focusing supports a natural unfolding from within, bringing clarity, integration, and a deeper sense of inner alignment.

Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®)
A simple, powerful tool for nervous system regulation
A gentle yet powerful practice that supports the release of chronic stress and tension held in the body. By activating the body’s natural tremoring mechanism, TRE allows the nervous system to discharge stored activation in a safe and organic way. Over time, this process can support regulation, resilience, and a return to a more grounded and balanced state, helping the body to move out of patterns of holding and into greater ease.
Who this is for
This work is for those who are drawn to healing through the body, and who sense that transformation goes beyond the thinking mind.

The Details
We begin with an initial 75-min session to explore your intentions, challenges, and goals. This first meeting also allows us to attend to what may already be unfolding for you — so we begin the work right away, while also creating clarity about your path forward. After this session, we’ll decide together what feels most supportive.
The sessions are held in person in Wilson’s Creek, NSW as well as Online.
Investment:
Initial Session: $190 AUD (75 minutes)
Ongoing Sessions: $170 AUD (60 minutes)
