Group sessions offer a powerful and supportive environment for the body to rest, regulate, and reconnect.
Within a shared space, we begin to access a deeper sense of safety — not only within ourselves, but through connection with others. As relational beings, our nervous systems naturally co-regulate, making group work a profound pathway for healing and integration.
Sessions may include a combination of:
TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises)
Interoceptive and somatic awareness practices
Gentle movement
Meditation and guided inquiry
Each session is shaped by the needs of the group, the intention of the gathering, and the context in which it is offered.
