Soma Wisdom is a body-centred approach to healing, inquiry, and awakening. It rests on a simple understanding: the body is not something to move beyond, but a doorway into presence, insight, and freedom. By learning to listen to the body's innate intelligence through somatic inquiry, mindful movement, and trauma-informed practice, we gradually restore trust in ourselves, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the aliveness that has always been here. Healing and awakening are not separate journeys, but different expressions of coming home to ourselves.
Why the Body?
The body is constantly expressing how we relate to ourselves and the world. It carries our history, our habits, our emotions, and our deepest intuitions.
