Hakomi Mindful-Somatic Psychotherapy
A body-based approach to uncovering and transforming unconscious patterns
What is Hakomi?
Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy is a gentle yet powerful approach that uses mindfulness and the wisdom of the body to explore the unconscious beliefs and patterns that shape how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world.
Rather than analysing or trying to fix what is happening, we bring mindful attention to present moment experience — sensations, emotions, movement, images, and felt meaning. Through this embodied inquiry, deeply ingrained beliefs and emotional patterns can gradually come into awareness and be met in new ways.
This is a collaborative process grounded in safety, curiosity, and respect for your pace. As old patterns begin to soften, there is space for something more authentic to emerge — a deeper connection with yourself and a greater sense of freedom, wholeness, and ease.
